Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged
Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements or skincare products unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at info@revytal.co.uk with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Refunds cannot be issued for orders that have already been processed and shipped.
